A hub for computationally intensive phage analysis, featuring specialized workflows and tools curated and or created by the CPT. Includes an Apollo instance, a collaborative genome browser and annotation engine developed by GMOD.
PhNS
The Phage Name Search web app provides a way to give a phage a name that is unique and intelligible. The names are sourced from both NCBI and PhagesDB.
DBoP
A centralized repository to store, explore, export, and cross-reference phage data. Currently serves as the datastore for CPT's spanin dataset.
